Working at Muse
Muse understands the benefits to the business of a diverse workforce and welcomes applications from minority groups and people with disabilities. We are proud to have been awarded 'Disability Confident' accreditation which recognises the five commitments we have made to recruitment, training, retention, consultation and disability awareness.
A copy of our Equality & Diversity Policy is available on request.
Muse has held the Investors in People (IIP) Gold standard for the past nine years, which puts us in the top 7% of over 6,000 IIP accredited organisations. Key areas the assessors look at are leading, supporting and improving - research has shown that success in these areas makes an organisation succeed in the long-term.
Muse employs development surveyors, project managers and support staff at offices in London, Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow. Vacancies are advertised in trade and local publications.
Please note that we do not directly employ any trade positions, such as bricklayers, joiners or plumbers. All trade positions are supplied by our selected sub-contractors. For further information on trade-specific careers, please visit the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) web site.
