Our partners

Across the country, our teams work closely with organisations in both the public and private sector, to drive real change in our communities. Regeneration is only possible through key partnerships based on a shared vision, values, along with the drive and ambition to bring that vision to life.

Strategic partnerships

Alongside our key partnerships, we’re part of two innovative national joint ventures, which are committed to delivering major programmes of regeneration at pace.

English Cities Fund

The English Cities Fund is a development company built on partnership, working with councils, landowners and communities to create exceptional places. The fund is our £200m joint venture with Homes England and Legal & General, that combines investment and regeneration expertise to shape towns and cities for the better. Since 2001, the fund has delivered some of the country’s most complex and successful urban regeneration projects, transforming areas in Salford, Plymouth, Wakefield, Canning Town and Liverpool. The English Cities Fund commits to partners for the long term but delivers at pace to bring about sustainable change quickly, that provides lasting benefits for the communities it serves.

Waterside Places

Since 2002, Waterside Places – our 50:50 joint venture with the Canal & River Trust - has specialised in revitalising and reinventing waterside areas across the country, creating exciting spaces to live, work and relax, thanks to a forward—thinking approach and drive to deliver urban renaissance. Each of our developments unlocks an original environment, where we create the growth of a vibrant, waterside community, with careful and respectful residential and commercial development that responds to the needs of the community. Our award-winning developments range from urban apartments to large-family homes, that are innovatively and sympathetically designed to blend both the heritage of the area and its future; boasting high-quality features throughout.
