Muse wins Developer of the Year title at Insider Yorkshire Property Awards
Muse is celebrating after taking home the coveted Developer of the Year title at this year’s Insider Yorkshire Property Awards.
The award, presented at a glittering ceremony at the Royal Armouries Museum, was given due to the team’s work at the 110-acre Logic Leeds development, the mixed-use Merchant Gate project in Wakefield, along with a range of residential schemes in the region.
David Wells, regional director at Muse Developments, said: “The Insider Yorkshire Property Awards is one of the biggest industry events of the year in the region, so we are very proud to win the Developer of the Year in such illustrious company.
“This award is testament to the hard work and efforts of all colleagues, partners, and we’re proud to accept this on their behalf.
“A number of our schemes across Yorkshire have progressed considerably over the past 12 months, and we look forward to contributing further to the success of the region, through our development and regeneration work.”
This is the second region that Muse has won the Developer of the Year Award in 2018 with Insider Media, as the North West team took home the gold earlier in the year.
Muse had also been selected in the Deal of the Year category, thanks to Premier Farnell’s 361,000 sq ft Logic Leeds move, which has been forward funded by Aberdeen Standard Investments, but were pipped at the post by HMRC letting 378,000 sq ft at MEPC’s Wellington Place.
