Muse shortlisted for five North West housing awards
Muse Developments is celebrating after being shortlisted for four gongs at this year’s 20th Insider North West Property Awards.
Following a record number of entries, Muse has two schemes selected in the Deal of the Year category, with One City Place, Chester and the forward funding of Two New Bailey, Salford in the running.
Muse has also been shortlisted once again in the Developer of the Year category, with their English Cities Fund joint venture with Homes England and Legal & General getting the nod in the Public Private Partnership of the Year classification and Manchester's Mackie Mayor in the Refurbishment group.
Mike Horner, regional director at Muse Developments was delighted with the news. He said: “The Insider North West Property Awards is one of the biggest industry events of the year in the region, so we are very proud to be shortlisted in five categories in this, their 20th year.
“A number of our schemes across the North West have progressed considerably over the past 12 months and we look forward to contributing further to the success of the region through our development and regeneration work.”
Over the past two decades, the Insider Property Awards North West has become the go-to commercial property event in the North West. More than 1,000 people attend each year, with the biggest names in property development gathering to celebrate their successes and the success of the region.
Muse will now go up against the biggest and best from the property industry at a prestigious awards ceremony, to be held at Manchester Central in May.
