Muse looking to defend Yorkshire Business Masters title
Urban regeneration innovators, Muse Developments, has once again been shortlisted for the respected Property Business of the Year award, at the upcoming Yorkshire Business Masters Awards, hosted by TheBusinessDesk.com, following a sustained period of growth and regeneration in the region.
Muse has been shortlisted for the award, which it won in 2019, thanks to being selected as the development partner by City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council to deliver One City Park – an innovative 56,403 sq ft Grade A office building with complementary public realm; working with Rotherham Borough Council to deliver the Forge Island leisure development in the heart of the town centre, along with ongoing work at the flagship 110-acre Logic Leeds industrial and distribution scheme and the mixed-use Merchant Gate development in Wakefield, delivered by Muse’s joint venture with Legal & General and Homes England – The English Cities Fund.
TheBusinessDesk.com’s tenth Yorkshire Business Masters Awards recognise the achievements of firms of all sizes across the region.
David Wells, regional director for Yorkshire, North East and East Midlands, said: “To be shortlisted again for this highly-respected award, and given the opportunity to defend the title we proudly won last year, is down to the hard work of everyone involved in delivering our transformational schemes across the region.
“Yorkshire is seeing a real period of change thanks to a number of successful regeneration schemes coming forward, and we’re delighted to be named in such illustrious company.”
Winners will be announced at a glittering award ceremony in March, to be held at the Queen’s Hotel in the heart of Leeds city centre.
