Muse appoints new Communications Manager
National developer and urban regeneration company Muse Developments has appointed Catherine Beaumont as its new Communications Manager.
Catherine joins the team from Stockport Council, where she specialised in developing communication strategies for regeneration schemes, major projects and economic development in the borough. She started out her career at TBWA Manchester, before moving to non-for-profit organisation North West Fine Food where she got her first taste of public relations.
Catherine brings with her a wealth of experience of communicating with a wide range of audiences for complex public-private partnership projects, as well as an insight into local authorities.
She will be working on Muse’s corporate communications and publicity for individual development projects.
Matt Crompton, Muse’s joint managing director, said: “It’s a really exciting time for Muse with more than 30 development projects under way across the UK, so it’s an ideal time to welcome Catherine to the company.”
Catherine commented: “Muse has a lot of good news to shout about and positive stories to tell. They’re driving forward some innovative, interesting and newsworthy projects, which I’m delighted to have the opportunity to work on. I’m looking forward to working with the teams in Manchester, London, Leeds and Glasgow to boost the company’s regional and national profile.”
