Muse and Poplar HARCA get the nod for 51% affordable housing scheme at Stroudley Walk

Muse Developments, one of the UK’s best at repurposing town and city centres, and leading housing provider, Poplar HARCA, have gained approval from London Borough of Tower Hamlets development committee, to bring forward 274 homes, with a 51% affordable housing provision at Stroudley Walk in Bromley-by-Bow.

The approved plans, designed by Regeneration Masterplan Architects (RMA), focus heavily on creating a safe and thriving, vibrant neighbourhood, and include a new pocket park and part-pedestrianised street, with business and retail spaces for the Poplar community to enjoy.

“This site in Bromley-by-Bow has had a lengthy history and has unfortunately been neglected over the years. However, it can now look forward to a truly bright future with a scheme that brings investment, new homes and business opportunities right into the heart of the community.”
