The English Cities Fund’s latest Salford residential scheme, Valette Square, completes and is nearly sold out
The English Cities Fund has celebrated the completion of its latest high-quality residential development, Valette Square, which continues the funds success in creating a vibrant new community through the delivery of striking family homes in Salford.
The scheme, named after renowned artist, Pierre Adolphe Valette, has brought forward 33 two, three and four-bedroom townhouses adjacent to its multi award-winning Timekeepers Square development and is just a stone’s throw from both New Bailey and Manchester city centre.
New homeowners at Valette Square can enjoy spacious, contemporary and energy-efficient homes that give an abundance of natural light. All homes include an ultra-modern SieMatic kitchen, Porcelanosa bathrooms, and private outdoor areas on selected properties.
Valette Square is part of the fund’s wider £1bn Salford Central masterplan, which is repurposing over 50 acres of Salford’s civic centre into an innovative and vibrant mixed-use destination. The fund is a strategic joint venture between national urban regenerator, Muse Developments, Legal & General and Homes England, with the scheme being delivered in partnership with Salford Council.
Leon Guyett, development director at The English Cities Fund, said: “We’re delighted to start the year off by completing our latest residential scheme safely and in line with government guidelines. Despite the challenging times we’re in, Valette Square has seen almost sell out success, with only a few homes still available.
“Building on our success in Salford, we believe that Valette Square will further add to the vibrant and diverse community being created here, as we continue to develop the district into a unique and sustainable neighbourhood.”
Hot on the heels of Valette Square is Atelier, a unique development launched recently, that will bring forward 178 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, alongside 11 three-bedroom townhouses to the Chapel Street area.
