Another Letting at No 4 St Paul's Square
English Cities Fund's, No 4 St Paul's Square has attracted another national player to its award winning building.
GVA is relocating its Liverpool office to No 4 , having agreed a ten year lease for 3,550 sq ft the award winning building, situated in the heart of Liverpool city centre.
No 4 St Paul’s Square, Liverpool’s first speculatively developed BREEAM Excellent building by English Cities Fund (ECf) — a joint venture between Muse Developments, Legal and General Property and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) — is also home to Santander Corporate, and CBRE.
Patrick Whitby, regional senior director and head of GVA's Liverpool office, said: "Our Liverpool team has expanded significantly over the past two years and we are delighted to announce our impending move to larger premises at No 4.
"This follows an expansion of our services in Merseyside and further strengthens our regional network."

The Liverpool relocation is scheduled for January 2014.
