Victoria Station has been transformed through a £44m refurbishment programme. It forms part of a £1bn+ investment programme to boost rail capacity across the north of England.
Our masterplan accommodates an office building and two residential buildings, with potential to provide 615,000 sq ft gross space.
The eight storey office building is circa 150,000 sq ft gross with car parking beneath. The residential buildings will comprise up to 520 units. High quality public space, landscaping and car parking will be delivered with the buildings.
Improving The Environment
The New Victoria site has excellent prominence to the inner ring road, at the top of Corporation Street, and is an important city centre gateway.
