67 acres, any number of options

Harrier Park offers six spaces with footprints ranging from 40,000 to 300,000 sq ft. Whilst two facilities are already built and operational, there’s still plenty of opportunity to specify a space to suit your specific needs.

To buy or let, freehold or leasehold, Harrier Park offers maximum flexibility to meet your business objectives.

A space for the future

Harrier Park is anything but run-of-the-mill. This is an environment with identity, a great place for people and business, including 20 acres of curated parks and green spaces.

The former airfield includes a wildflower meadow with Site of Importance for Nature Conservation (SINC) status. We have secured this habitat, added wetlands and created paths, cycleways and a play area – to promote wellbeing for both people and wildlife.

Location, population, innovation

Located in the centre of the country, only 10 minutes from two junctions of the M1, Harrier Park allows you to readily reach out to the UK north, east, south and west, and beyond.

There’s a plentiful highly skilled and local workforce here. 4.8 million people live in the East Midlands, Nottingham and Derby cities are close by, and labour costs are approximately 12% lower than the national average.

And the area is renowned for innovation – Harrier Park is where the iconic Merlin aero engine was developed, and the technology behind the Harrier ‘jump-jet’ also took off here.
