With its own junction on the M8 and a location 11 miles east of Glasgow and 31 miles west of Edinburgh, the site provides direct access to the national motorway network. Less than 30 minutes’ drive from the country’s two major airports and with an on-site rail freight terminal, Eurocentral is a gateway to the rest of the UK and Europe. Part of the Eurocentral site is designated Enterprise Zone Land.
Through Eurocentral Partnership Limited (EPL), its JV partnership with Scottish Enterprise, Muse has been an integral player at Eurocentral since 1995 and has developed nearly 2 million sq ft of distribution and warehousing facilities, in the process establishing a reputation for the delivery of bespoke facilities on time and within budget.
In 2010 Muse commenced a 390,208 sq ft programme of speculative development at the park, investing £54.2 million in the development of seven highly-specified distribution/ production units, all to BREEAM ‘Very Good’.

Enhancing communitiesEurocentral’s flexible masterplan provides commercial property solutions to a wide range of companies. 4,500 people are currently employed at the park, a large number of whom are drawn from the local community.
