Stockton’s Vivo picks up national property award
Sister companies, Muse Developments and Lovell Homes, have picked up an award at this year’s prestigious First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards.
The house builder partnership received the accolade for their pioneering and innovative Vivo development at Northshore in Stockton-on-Tees.
Now in its sixth year, the annual event was held at The Landmark Hotel in London, and saw a host of property developers, housing associations and others working in the industry join together to celebrate their work over the past year.
Recognised by the judging panel for the high-specification and originality of the designs at Vivo, Northshore, Lovell and Muse received a highly commended award in the Private Developer of the Year category.
The category recognises developers that had shown innovation in the way they design, build and market their properties, as well as offering a variety of services to help first time buyers on the property ladder.
Lynda Clark, Editor at First Time Buyer Magazine said: “Vivo demonstrates the superb quality of new homes that are being built for aspiring homebuyers in this country.
“It is clear that great measures have been taken to provide support and affordable ways onto the housing ladder and into stylish and quality new homes.”
Vivo features a selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes, which are available to purchase with either part-exchange scheme or the Government-backed Help to Buy.
