Muse bolsters project management team
Muse Developments has strengthened its workforce with two new appointments; a new project manager in the North West and project director in the South.
The national developer and urban regeneration specialist has expanded its project management team to help deliver its increasing portfolio of projects across the UK.
Andrew Boyle joins the London office from Spenhill, the separate development arm of Tesco Group Plc. There he led internal and external stakeholders to deliver multi-million pound mixed use developments, including projects in Streatham and Highams Park.
Over Andrew’s 27-year career, he has worked for Rider Levett Bucknall - including a secondment to Land Securities Plc - Bryant Construction and United House Ltd. One of the projects he will be focussing on for Muse is a £140 million regeneration scheme in Brixton.
Phil Marsden joins the Manchester team from DBK Partners LLP, where he project managed major developments across the North West. He brings with him more than 14 years’ experience in the construction industry, including valuable experience as a quantity surveyor for Gleeds. He will be working on delivering a number of projects across the region, including New Bailey in Salford.
Mike Payton, director of project management at Muse, said: “I’m delighted to welcome both Andrew and Phil to Muse. It’s an extremely busy time for us, with 21 projects on site and several other major projects in the pipeline, so I’m sure we’ll benefit greatly from their wealth of experience and input.”
