Last Sale Completed at Oakfield 3, Cheadle

Muse has completed the sale of the last remaining unit in  Oakfield 3  at the highly successful Cheadle Royal Business Park. 

Unit M – a 9,739 sq ft self-contained, contemporary building – has been acquired by Manchester Fertility, one of the UK’s leading private infertility clinics. It is relocating from the Bridgewater Hospital in Manchester to larger bespoke premises at Cheadle Royal.

Commenting on the sale, David Burkinshaw, development director at Muse said: “We are delighted to welcome Manchester Fertility as the latest occupier to Oakfield 3. With the first three phases of Oakfield now fully occupied, we look forward to delivering the fourth and final phase of this ever-popular development.”

Cheadle Royal is a  70 acre development, boasting an attractive landscaped environment and a distinctive and varied architectural approach, which has proved popular with occupiers. Situated in a prestigious location, occupiers also benefit from Cheadle Royal’s close proximity to Manchester Airport, the local road and motorway links on its doorstep, as well as good bus and train services in the vicinity.

Three phases of Oakfield – 14 buildings in total – have been successfully completed and sold, predominantly to owner occupiers. Muse will now focus on marketing the two remaining plots on the prestigious park – Lakeside 5000 and Oakfield 4.

Working to a masterplan, these two plots are available to satisfy a wide range of design and build requirements, ranging from 6,500 – 100,000 sq ft.
